We had a fantastic stay at Melia London Kensington Member Of Melia Collection. The location was ideal, with Gloucester station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were impressed with the friendly and accommodating front desk staff, who helped us book a tour and arrange airport transfers. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredible, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail and personal approach was outstanding. The rooms and facilities were clean and modern, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, supermarkets, and local restaurants and bars. I was also touched by the excellent service, as the staff even emailed me about a forgotten item after I checked out. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit to this city.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a tube station and close to many attractions in London. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good quality bathroom products. The hotel also offered a delicious menu at their restaurant, which is highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to everything West London has to offer. It is just a short walk from Hyde Park, the museums, and the Royal Albert Hall. Additionally, it is conveniently located very close to the Gloucester Road underground station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff provide excellent service.

The noise from the bar located underneath the lower floor rooms can be bothersome until it closes at 11 pm.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean and located at the rear of the hotel, so it was quiet. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Maria and her team at the front desk. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right next to the Gloucester tube stop, making it easy to get around the city and visit the museums on Cromwell Road. The breakfast buffet was generous and had a variety of options, including a delicious full English breakfast. The hotel also provided all the necessary amenities in the room, including a kettle and tea tray.

Larger room than expected, Ritual products smelt awesome. Nice Decor, staff very friendly, welcome prosecco. Location excellent, Tub across the road, bars and restaurants short walk. Highly recommend. Minor point: Service of bar could have been faster. Breakfast selection good, pastries a little disappointing, but really good food. Proximity to Gloucester Road tube station ideal, walking distance to museums and Kensington Palace. Helpful staff, breakfast variation, delicious food. Room had storage, big bed, well-sized bathroom. Staff truly wonderful, decent beds, good location. Rituals toiletries. Hotel staff professional and friendly, full support provided. Excellent location, bus stop outside, underground few minutes walk. Museums, parks, restaurants, shops walking distance.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a spotless room. I loved the direct access to the huge garden, where I could relax in the outside seating area. The location, not far from the city centre, made it convenient for exploring.
